Salon Policy

• We have a NO REFUND policy for ALL salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know “at the time” of your service or no later than 24 hours after. If we choose to provide a complimentary corrective service appointment, we will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.

• We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice.

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

​

• Gift Card / Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift Card / Gift certificates are non-refundable.

• Children: Young children may not be held in the lap during an appointment. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

• Pets: We would like to remind everyone that pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception.

• Upcharge: Longer nails take extra time, extra products. If you desire longer nails, special shapes such as coffin, stiletto, or almond, be prepared for additional charges.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is rude, causing a scene, or making it impossible for our other customers to enjoy their experience at our salon.

​

• Complimentary corrective services are subject to approval by management and will only be offered in the instance of nail technician error, which does not include changing your mind about polish/gel/dip powder colors.
